CONGRATULATIONS to Jered & Dana Watt on closing on their incredible dream home! What a journey this was — and absolutely worth the wait. They knew exactly what they wanted, and because a property like this is truly rare to find, we stayed patient and trusted the process every step of the way. The moment we walked through this stunning lakefront estate on over an acre, I think all of our hearts started beating a little faster. We just knew.

This home is breathtaking, and I already warned them not to be surprised if one morning they walk out to the pool with a cup of coffee and find their Realtor already there enjoying the view too! 😂
