Original 1950s cottages next to brand-new builds, all under the same big trees. That's Oak Forest. 🌳

But here's the thing: two homes a few streets apart can have very different price tags. Our latest Deep Roots post breaks down what buyers should know about 77018, from older homes to what $1M really buys here.

Every one of these Oak Forest homes was sold by me, and no two are alike. 🏡

Original 1950s cottages. Remodels. Brand-new builds. That variety is what makes 77018 special, and it's also why buyers can't judge every home the same way.

We're breaking down what buyers should know about Oak Forest on the Deep Roots blog. Full story drops Monday. Follow along so you don't miss it 📍

September brought a slower pace to the Houston market. Prices held steady (the typical home sold for around $330,000), buyers had plenty of homes to choose from, and they took their time deciding. Through it all, we kept things moving:

4 homes closed ✨
2 homes pending
1 new listing hit the market

Grateful for every client who trusted us this month! Thinking about making a move this fall? Let's chat!
