Okay, friends… I need to ask for a little help from the people who actually know me and have worked with me.
Real estate can be a circus. There are inspections, appraisals, repairs, lenders, title companies, negotiations, paperwork, last-minute surprises, and at least one person wondering why we can’t just “make it happen.”
