Yay for Closings!
Castroville gained some cute new residents this week!
These first time homebuyers were looking to move back closer to home and we just happened to find them the perfect house on the first day of showings. Whew! This little Devine cutie is officially CLOSED! It hit a few bumps in the road but we finally made it across the finish line. Whew! This one was Fast and Furious! This beautiful Castroville house listed Friday, I showed my clients Saturday, submitted an offer on Sunday, multiple offers were submitted by other agents but my client's offer was accepted Monday! It's been a while since I've been in a multiple offer situation but we realized at the showing that this house was a gem and more people would think so too. ‼️‼️New Listing Under Contract‼️‼️

Sometimes we get a house listed and under contract before we have time to post about it.... this is one of those times! This stately 3700 sq ft San Antonio home was the perfect fit for some lucky buyers.
