Yay for Closings!
Castroville gained some cute new residents this week!
These first time homebuyers were looking to move back closer to home and we just happened to find them the perfect house on the first day of showings. Whew! This little Devine cutie is officially CLOSED! It hit a few bumps in the road but we finally made it across the finish line. Super excited for my buyer to enjoy his new home and peaceful backyard. After months of looking at properties, I had a pretty good idea of what my client was looking for. Whew! This one was Fast and Furious! This beautiful Castroville house listed Friday, I showed my clients Saturday, submitted an offer on Sunday, multiple offers were submitted by other agents but my client's offer was accepted Monday! It's been a while since I've been in a multiple offer situation but we realized at the showing that this house was a gem and more people would think so too. We came in strong and put their best foot forward and it it worked! I'm super excited for this special couple and can't wait to welcome them back to Medina County!
