Pineapple Coconut Dream Cake 😍
Ingredients:

3 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1/2 cup granulated sugar
5 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup pineapple chunks (for garnish)
1/2 cup toasted coconut flakes (for garnish)
3 cups cream cheese frosting

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour three 8-inch round cake pans.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the coconut milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
Fold in the crushed pineapple and shredded coconut.
Divide the batter evenly among the prepared cake pans.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the cakes to cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Once the cakes are cooled, frost each layer with cream cheese frosting. Stack the layers and frost the outside of the cake.
Garnish with pineapple chunks and toasted coconut flakes.

Tender Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Creamy Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients:

For the Garlic Butter Steak Bites:

1 ½ lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

For the Mashed Potatoes:

2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cubed
½ cup milk
¼ cup unsalted butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Prepare the Mashed Potatoes:
1.1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil.
1.2. Add the cubed potatoes and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a fork.
1.3. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
1.4. Add the milk and unsalted butter to the potatoes. Mash until smooth and creamy.
1.5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and keep warm until ready to serve.

Prepare the Garlic Butter Steak Bites:
2.1. Pat the steak pieces dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
2.2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
2.3. Add the steak pieces in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
2.4. In the same skillet, add the unsalted butter and minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the garlic is fragrant and the butter is melted.
2.5. Return the steak pieces to the skillet and toss to coat them in the garlic butter sauce.
2.6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.

Serve:
3.1. Plate the garlic butter steak bites alongside the creamy mashed potatoes.

Raspberry Lemon Heaven Cupcakes

Ingredients:

For the Cupcakes:

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
1 cup fresh raspberries
Zest of 1 lemon
For the Lemon Cream Frosting:

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
Fresh raspberries and lemon zest for garnish

Instructions:

Preheat and Prep:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
Mix Dry Ingredients:

Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
Cream Butter and Sugar:

Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in vanilla extract.
Combine Ingredients:

Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the flour mixture. Fold in the raspberries and lemon zest.

Sweet potato cornbread 😋😋
Ingredients:
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1 cup of yellow cornmeal
1 tbsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of baking soda
1/2 cup of cooked and mashed sweet potato
1/4 cup of granulated sugar
1/4 cup of unsalted butter, melted
1 large egg, beaten
1 cup of milk
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan with cooking spray or butter.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.
In a separate mixing bowl, mix together the mashed sweet potato, sugar, melted butter, and beaten egg until well combined.
Add the sweet potato mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well.
Slowly pour in the milk, stirring constantly, until a thick batter forms.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cornbread comes out clean.
Let the cornbread cool for 5-10 minutes before cutting and serving.
Serve the sweet potato cornbread warm as a delicious side dish for soups, stews, or chili.

Best Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:
1 cup (250 g) creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar
1/2 cup (100 g) brown sugar, packed
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix until smooth.
Add the egg and vanilla extract to the mixture, and stir until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until fully incorporated.
Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each ball slightly with a fork, creating a criss-cross pattern on top.
