Our teams recently gathered in the Midwest to kick off the first ELEVATE: 2027 Budget Workshop, bringing together more than 100 leaders focused on one shared goal: building strategic budgets that position our communities for success in 2027. Across two four-day workshops, attendees collaborated, shared best practices, and strengthened their planning strategies to elevate performance and deliver exceptional results for the communities we serve.
