Shop based on the payment you're comfortable making every month.

Just because a lender approves you for $450,000 doesn't mean you should spend $450,000.

Before you start touring homes, ask yourself:

🏡 Will I still be comfortable if:
✔ Property taxes increase?
✔ Homeowners insurance increases?
✔ I need unexpected repairs?
✔ I want to take a vacation?
✔ I need to replace a vehicle?

Homeownership should improve your life—not stretch your budget so thin that you can't enjoy it.

The "perfect" home isn't always the most expensive home you can buy.
