Huge congratulations to Daniel and Adriana on purchasing their first home in Summerwood! We’ve come a long way since I helped them find their lease a few years back and seeing them reach this milestone is what it’s all about.

We might have toured a few extra houses just for “due diligence,” but we all knew that first one was the winner. So excited for you and the kids!

P.S. When selling your home, please do not put 85 different keys in a giant purple plastic bag for the new buyers. It is a massive pain in the ass 🫩🫠
