Having been born and raised in Houston, I am very familiar with the numerous neighborhoods that make up the Houston Metropolitan Area. from which I can draw upon when selling or purchasing a property. Many of my listings are sold by other agents in the Metropolitan office, just as I sell listing of my fellow Keller Williams agents. We are constantly sharing information about listings that are new to the market. Our office is an excellent network that we take advantage of on behalf of my clients. I am experienced in new construction sales and lot acquisition as well as existing property sales and purchases. I also specialized in acquiring rehab properties and advising investors on floor plans, design and staging. I have obtained my Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation which is a specialization in luxury home marketing and sales, as well as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation.
