**** Beware of horrible contractor working in the area*****

As a realtor, i feel i have to share with people in and around the community of this contractor. This work was done on our home and cost in excess of $40,000.00. Please beware of who you use and get more than one reference!

We had a contractor come in to change some stairs from carpet to wood, do some flooring and painting, and change balusters from wood to wrought iron. The owner of the company was hardly ever present to oversee the work and after several failed attempts to make the work be completed to a decent standard we will now be trying to take legal action. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! Just wanted to warn everyone.
