When The Bayou City Team first started, we never imagined we would have the opportunity to help the families we have. This year we officially have served over 300 families in our career, with more to come!

The word we spoke over 2022 was “Elevate” and we fine tuned many areas of our business to ensure our clients and friends receive the best experience.

We brought in Mikaela early in the year and she has been instrumental in all the fine details. From meetings to presentations to paperwork, she has stepped into and exceeded all expectations.

Earlier this month, we added an agent with extensive understanding and background in all things real estate.

If 2022 turned out in a 50% growth while we were fine tuning, 2023 is going to be even better!!

: The Aggie of the team and the mind reader of Eric. Is the support for all from meeting through after successful closing. Graduated college at 19 and has managed people numerous industries.

Eric: Principal Agent of . Supply Chain and Logistics UHouston Alum. Dad to two amazing kids, often saying dad jokes to them. Data driven negotiator, coffee connoisseur, sporadic thought thinker, big picture planner and fine detail obsessor.

As we wrap up 2022 with multiple closings this month, we aren’t forgetting to put 2023 in full focus. We have some major announcements to share with you all and couldn’t be more excited!

Meet Brenda , the newest member to . She comes with a wealth of knowledge in real estate development, project management, site management, interior design and staging! She grew up in construction and graduated with an interior design degree. She has worked domestically and internationally with developers for their projects and is bilingual.

Her hobbies are traveling the world and is an amazing to a golden! Give her a follow and say hello!

We are so honored when a business is expanding and calls us to help! We found this large warehouse space for a logistics company by the Port of Houston. Negotiated an amazing deal and the listing side of was great to work with. Excited to see the growth and explosion they are about to have in this space, and ready for the next warehouse space this summer!
