Hey everyone! Thank you to those who have shared this page to let others know about these beautiful apartment buildings that are near downtown Houston.

At this time all apartments are filled! However, we do keep a waiting list for anyone who would like to be considered for an apartment in the future. Just send us a PM and ask to be put on the waiting list. Be sure to specify a lower unit or upper unit. If, and when an apartment becomes available, we will call anyone who is on our waiting list on a first come, first served basis.

We also have a few garage units (again, all are full at this time), but we do also keep a waiting list for the garages as well. These are nice 13' x 22' garages with remote control openers. Again, just send a PM and ask to be put on the waiting list!
