🚨 🚨 PROPERTY UNDER CONTRACT 🚨 🚨 The market may not be what it once was, but inventory is still moving! This repeat client contacted me while I was out of the country. He really needed it listed immediately, so he ended up listing with another agent. This home was previously listed for 5 weeks before he terminated his contract with the other agent and returned home 😊. They didn’t have ANY offers and just a few showings. Less than 10 days on the market and we have a fully executed contract! Our clients are ecstatic!
