😍🍖 Bar-B-Que is my love language
Checked out Thompson’s Bbq Smoke House and I’ve got to say this reminds me so much of the backyard barbecues my family used to have. The ribs/brisket were smoked really well and the sauce wasn’t too tangy or sweet. The sausage was spicy but not too spicy for my palette. All together I’d say if you’re looking for quality bbq you should definitely check them out (they’re located where Ray Rays Ice House used to be)
