Hi, everyone! I'm Patricia, and I'm delighted to be joining the Circa Real Estate team.

I've lived in Houston for more than 40 years and have been a REALTOR here for 20 years. I hold a bachelor's degree in Interior Design/Architecture from the University of Houston, which shapes how I recognize a property's potential and prepare it for the market. I've taught staging strategies to hundreds of agents and investors and was actively involved with the Realty Investment Club of Houston from 2010 to 2016.

A distinctive part of my practice is my Portal Painting™ service. For each listing, I create an original painting designed to help the seller release the property and set a clear intention for attracting the right buyer, price, and terms—bringing together real estate, design, art, and the less-visible dynamics of a successful transition.

Outside of real estate, I've held corporate sales positions in advertising, technology, and industrial sales. I'm also a health educator specializing in insulin resistance and have provided transformational coaching for highly sensitive high achievers.

My passions include art, health, healthy food, interior design, neuroscience, and human potential. I also enjoy travel, museums, and learning anything that expands my understanding of ourselves—or the universe.
