Okay, I had to post this now that I’ve fully recovered from my black eye. 😂

Tripping over the foundation of my client’s new construction home was just another reminder to dust myself off and keep moving forward. Showing homes with a black eye was interesting to say the least!

From helping clients navigate unexpected property issues to changing a flat tire in a downpour on I-45, I can tell you firsthand that real estate is definitely not a “get rich quick” scheme. It’s hard work, problem-solving, persistence, and sometimes a little blood, sweat, and tears (literally).
