What a great program for people who might need help building up funds for their down payment and closing costs! This is a spin on the traditional "gifting" that usually is only done by family members. The concept is similar to "Go Fund Me" pages. Also they mention how you can send a link so family and friends can also shop various retailers and have a % of what they spend deposited into your account as well.
