Kedrin has either lived in or is very familiar with many of the locations he serves, including Cypress, Katy, Sugarland, Pearland, and Galveston. His clients include those seeking bigger homes or different neighborhoods, and some are first-time buyers. Kedrin has a bachelor’s degree in business and a master’s degree in business management. Throughout his 20-year sales career, he was a triple Enterprise Champion award winner for his top sales performance in the Houston region. Like Kedrin’s job, his hobbies also keep him on the move, including traveling, cruising, working on cars, and doing yard work! Having grown up with financial struggles, Kedrin identifies with the difficulties inner-city families face, and he volunteers at his church, Hope City, and food pantries for Feed the Hunger.
