This one meant a lot.
I've been working with this family for a while — we were in multiple offer situations before this one. We kept going. When this corner lot came up in Southwood Valley, we moved fast and got it done — in another multiple offer situation.
3 bed, 2 bath, large yard, great bones. They've already got plans to make it their own. And their son gets a home base right here in College Station while he's at A&M.
That's what patience in this market looks like. The right house was out there — we just had to stay ready.

This Aggie parent did their homework. We toured condos all over College Station — compared locations, conditions, complexes. At the end of the day, this one made the most sense.
Bus route to campus. Close to everything. Move-in ready. A place their son can actually call home while he's at A&M.
That's the kind of buy I love helping people make — not just the first thing available, but the right fit after really looking.
Aggie parents: are you thinking about buying instead of paying rent for four years? The math might surprise you. DM me and let's talk.

Closed on a brand new home last week. 🤍
This client came to College Station as an Aggie — and decided to put down real roots while they're here. We looked at resale, we toured new construction, we compared neighborhoods and builders. At the end of the day, a new build in Pleasant Hill was the right fit.
Sometimes the answer is resale. Sometimes it's new construction. My job is to make sure you know the difference before you decide — not after.
Thinking about buying in BCS and not sure where to start? That's exactly what I'm here for.

This family wanted something specific — a quiet neighborhood where their Aggie could actually settle in, not just survive. We looked at the options, and Sienna checked every box.
Well-kept home, extended back patio, a street that actually feels like a neighborhood.
This is what I love about helping Aggie parents find the right fit. It's never just about square footage. It's about where your kid is going to feel at home while they're becoming who they're supposed to be.
Thinking about buying for your student in BCS? I'd love to help you find their home base.

Sold. 🤍
These clients bought this condo as a home base while their kids were at Texas A&M. They came to town for games, for visits, for all of it — and this place was theirs.
Now the kids are graduating. The chapter is closing. And this end-unit condo just sold — with multiple offers.
I helped them buy it. I helped them sell it. That's the kind of relationship I'm here to build.
If you're an Aggie parent thinking about buying instead of paying for hotels and rentals every visit — let's talk. It almost always makes more sense than you'd think.

A few years ago, this client's son was starting at Texas A&M. Instead of paying rent, his family bought him a home — 3 bed, 2 bath, right here in College Station.
He graduated. The house sold again!
That's not just a sale. That's a strategy that worked.
I helped this family buy it. I helped them sell it. And watching it come full circle is exactly why I love what I do.
If you have an Aggie heading to College Station — let's talk about whether buying makes more sense than renting. For a lot of families, it does.
Would you consider buying instead of renting for your student? 👇
