Anyone in Houston, Texas still looking for or , on and the has a bunch of both. Three loads came in this morning there. Gallon's cost $0.58/each. Also, is discounting bread there and is baking more bread to supplement the lack from suppliers. If you have an HEB nearby try there first for bread. If you can't find water anywhere near you try buying plastic pitchers in the kitchen department and filling them up at the water machines. Bring tape to keep them closed. Also, many 's still have the large 3 and 5 gallon empty jugs. You can get those and fill up at the water machines. Get a Britta or Pur pitcher and fill up all your , pots, etc. with the filtered water if you don't want to use tap. HEB sells a 3 pack of filters that will fit in Brita and Pur pitchers for only $10 and they work great. If you drink Soda, buy 2-liters so you can fill them with water. Drink them ASAP. If you DON'T drink Soda, and have a filter system, buy the cheap generic 2-liters and dump them, then fill them with water.
