These prices will include your water, waste water, lawn care and garbage. There is no gas bill and you will be responsible for electricity. The security deposit will be the same rate as the rent of the unit. We currently have very limited availability.

Tomorrow between 9:00am and 12:00pm the city will have the water off to the entire complex of Telephone Townhomes, please plan accordingly.

We at telephone townhomes apologize that the water is off, the city had an emergency leak in one of the city lines and have the whole area turned off. The shut off began at 12:40 and they have said that it will continue to be off for 5 more hours. We apologize for this inconvenience and will continue to update you. thanks have a nice evening

In hopes to slow the spread of the Coronavirus, Telephone Townhomes will be closing down the office until further notice. We will still be operational for current tenants and those inquiring to rent. Please call 281-889-1194 or 713-249-6609 to schedule a time frame for maintenance and those seeking to rent we can send an application via email.

At this time we will not be accepting cash payments for rent. Please pay in the form of money order or personal check to the drop box that is located at the office door. Please note that personal checks must be in the drop box on the 5th of the month by 1pm to be considered on time.

we are sorry to inform you that the city had a major pipe bust and have been working all day to fix the issue. We have called the water company a few times and they still have not released a time from as to when the water will come back on. If you would like to find out more information you can call 711 to get the most up to date information. we are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused but it is out of Telephone Town homes hands
