He loved the IT industry because it allowed him to work with new technology such as hardware and software. In the IT field, he faced new challenges daily and learned to be flexible and think outside the box in a faced paced environment. His years as a real estate investor have given him critical insight into the buying/selling process that he is now able to offer clients. His experience as an investor ranges from purchases, holds, flips, wholesaling, and commercial properties. Marvin decided to leave the IT industry and pursue real estate full time in 2016. His passion for matching people with the perfect property and his years of investing set him apart as a realtor. He combines his expert knowledge as an investor and utilizes the latest technologies in order to provide the most efficient and effective service.
