I actually had hair once upon a time. 🤪

I am often asked , why I still sell residential Real Estate and my answer is simple. I am a strong believer that home ownership is one of the basic assets in creation of wealth and family stability. I learned very early that I had a talent in dealing with stubborn lenders who usually discounted hard working lower income families because they didn't fit in their box or not enough commission to be made. Well, I saw that as an opportunity and sold numerous homes to families that were often ignored. That opportunity has paid off exponentially as I now sell homes to the children of these couples who have gone on to be successful engineers, educators, attorneys and other successful fields. Parents almost force their kids to buy a home through DLR Properties because of their gratitude. Knowing this is an incredible feeling, knowing that I had a small hand in a family's success.
