🚨 Warning to anyone considering Holiday World of Katy

I hired this company on 4/13/25 for a Progressive Insurance cllaim & Cummins Onan warranty work. Progressive & I paid thousands of dollars but the work was never done correctly (and in some cases not done at all). On top of that, they charged me for services I never requested.

I tried to resolve this directly with them, but they denied accountability and refused to fix the issues. In my experience, they are not trustworthy and I would strongly caution anyone against doing business with them.

Sharing so no one else has to go through what I did.

Holiday World of Katy took my money and did not do the job correctly — some work wasn’t even done at all. On top of that, they charged me for services I never asked for. They deny responsibility and refuse to make it right. In my experience, this business is dishonest. Avoid them at all costs.
