This is the way to start a Thanksgiving weekend!

Referral from a past client! These folks moving in from out of state. Found them a lease in the spring of this year. They moved in and work is going better then they could have planned. So what time is it? Buy time!!! Time to put down some roots.

This one went multiple offers UNDER the asking price!😬😂 after being price reduced for 90 days. We made an offer my buyers felt comfortable with and nailed it.✔✔✔

Next step is due diligence and meeting with contractors. The remodel and down-payment were adding up, and just not sure if the investment is worth it. Coach through some questions to ask the lender and boom💥💥💥 10% down payment only hits the rate for an extra 1/4 point and no Mortgage Insurance! The cash outlay is looking much better now. I'm just saying, asking the right questions matters!

Apprasial comes back... you guys! Seriously. Appraisal was 15% over the contracted price. OVER THE CONTRACT PRICE!!!! Instant equity of over $100k

Today is the day my clients have worked so hard for. They take possession and close on this beauty. It's a great spot for their growing family and will be renovated to their tastes at a great price and terms that fit their needs.

Serving our Veterans is extra special. I enjoy the freedom I have because of this gentleman and those that serve, and have served with him. To walk the journey of ups and downs with these two, offers rejected and others chosen over them. At times I could feel the hopelessness, the energy being put out wasn't bringing the results. As you know, Veterans aren't built the same. They preserver and over come. So to take these photos on Nov 10th, the eve of Veterans Day was fitting.

They made it to the finish line, a place to call home.

Went to the High Meadow Estates Builder Event today. Great turn out and these guys really know how to put on a wonderful experience. Cool Arrows Tacos were amazing. Tons of builders showcasing their products and clients looking for the perfect match, the right builder to build their dream home on their home site.

I met people from Katy, Spring, Houston all considering a move out here. Some already had purchased lots, other weren't that far a long yet. Great event, even more amazing people!

They had a raffle... let's just say I won more stuff! This back pack cooler from Magellan is going to help me navigate some food cooling situations!🤣 Thank you to 1st Choice Roofing for the raffle item!
