There’s something surreal about being invited into rooms you once admired from afar. ✨✨
Panels. Podcasts. Industry conversations. Being asked to share your perspective with people you respect and look up to.
And yes, even as a high-achieving woman, that little voice of “Do I really belong here?” can still show up.💭
But the older I get, the more I realize that comparison is one of the biggest traps in ambition.🧠
There will always be someone with a bigger business, more sales, a larger following, a longer résumé, or another level of success you haven’t reached yet.
That doesn’t diminish what you’ve built.
A woman’s value was never meant to be measured solely by her output, production, income, or accomplishments.
That has been one of the biggest paradigm shifts for me over the past few years: realizing that ambition and self-worth are two completely different things. And before I truly thought my worth was tied to my accomplishments.
I can be deeply ambitious without making my achievements the measure of my identity.
I can want the next level without believing the current level isn’t enough.
And I can walk into the room knowing I belong there—not because I’ve accomplished everything, but because I have something valuable to contribute.
The goal isn’t to be the most accomplished person in every room.
It’s to become the woman who is completely comfortable in every room she’s earned her way into. ✨🫶🏼
