We are a small complex of 23 units: 17 2-bedrooms, 6 1-bedrooms and 1 studio apartment. We have been family owned and operated for more than 40 years, and strive to maintain a clean, well managed and peaceful complex. Each building features the original hardwood floors and crown molding and updated kitchens and bathrooms. Some units have washer/dryers within, stainless steel, and granite. Two of our buildings have undergone installation of all new High efficiency, Low E windows. All of our buildings have new plumbing lines and roofs. Each of our apartments is unique in its own way. Our fantastic group of both long term and shorter term tenants act together as a community. Once a year we have a complex yard sale, in which anyone is welcome to participate. Close to the holidays the complex will host an annual BYOB party for all tenants in the courtyard.
