Interested in the recent settlement of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) lawsuit and its impact on buyers and sellers? The Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) has released two videos to clarify these changes for consumers.

Having spent 40 years in the real estate business, I'm glad to see these changes. With over 1.5 million realtors nationwide, there is a varying levels of knowledge and professionalism.
