Big shift in lending just happened.
The Federal Housing Finance Agency and Federal Housing Administration opened things up with new credit models like VantageScore 4.0 and FICO 10T.
Here’s what that really means…
More people can qualify.
If you’ve been
• Renting and paying on time
• Told “you’re close, but not quite there”
• Or flat out denied before
It’s worth taking another look.
This doesn’t mean everybody gets approved…
but it does mean they’re not just looking at one number anymore.
I’m already seeing deals that would’ve been a no before…
now they’re real conversations.
