Closing phải tạm hoãn sau buổi final walkthrough vì phát hiện nhiều hạng mục xây dựng chưa hoàn thiện, đồ bị hư hỏng và một số vấn đề chưa đúng theo hợp đồng. 🏡

Với vai trò Loan Officer, mình tiếp tục xử lý gia hạn rate lock và giữ hồ sơ sẵn sàng cho ngày closing mới.

Có những tình huống phát sinh ngoài dự kiến — quan trọng là xử lý nhanh, bảo vệ quyền lợi khách hàng và tiếp tục đưa hồ sơ về đích. 🔑

Closing postponed after the final walkthrough uncovered unfinished construction, damaged items, and contract/building issues. 🏡

Now, as the Loan Officer, I’m working on the rate-lock extension and keeping the loan ready for the new closing date.

Unexpected delays happen — we adjust, protect the client, and keep moving forward. 🔑

Clear to Close… then suddenly an already-reviewed condition becomes an issue again at the last minute. 😅

Unexpected things happen in lending. Instead of going backward and delaying everyone, I made one quick decision, found a better solution, and kept the closing on track.

Sometimes it’s not about the problem — it’s about knowing how to solve it. 🏡🔑
