I knew I felt a little congested in Texas, population wise! My suspicions were true! Texas became a relocation hot spot from 2020 to 2024, growing by 7% and the US only growing 3.6%.

International migration (in red) takes the cake though. Texas is just loved by all 😘.

Happy 2025! New Year=New Me. I started the year off with a 5 day liquid fast during Christmas week and actually prevailed, dropped 8 lbs, and am now eating a squeaky clean diet. I really miss Chik-Fil-A's chocolate chip cookie, but I'm gonna stay strong and say yes to one after the 90-day trial towards my optimal self. Goodbye cruel American diet! (For 3 mon at least lol)

Two words: Marvelous Minds!

Wow what a true privilege it was to be toastmaster for Earl Warren High School's gifted and talented class this morning. Getting to see in real time the leaders that our flourishing here and embracing personal development and self growth was an awesome blessing.

Thank you to Mr. Quentin Smith for allowing me this enriching honor. I'm definitely sending my kids to this school with hopes they get to fly under your wings. I can't wait to come back!

My beautiful butterfly turned 8, and I only acquired one gray hair thus far...win win in my book. I was a little disappointed in myself for not planning a full on party for her, but when she told me that day was the best day ever and I was a good mommy, my heart melted and erased that negative feeling.
