The Fall Buyer’s Edge | Tip #5 🍂
Touring homes in the fall gives you a view that summer buyers never get.
At your next showing, try this:
🔥 Turn on the heat. Make sure it works and listen for strange noises or smells (then turn it off).
🪟 Check the windows and doors for drafts.
🌅 Pay attention to the light. Once the clocks fall back on November 1, it’ll be dark by about 5:30. Picture coming home from work. Does the house still feel warm and bright?
In the summer, the AC is running, the days are long, and everything looks great. Fall shows you how the house really lives the rest of the year.
