To create an open concept and unity the kitchen to the living space we had to hire an structural engineer. And surely it was an structural wall. To comply with the construction code a bin was installed. It added more cost to our reno project, yet so worthy the money. Any time that you are dealing with structural work, do it during construction. Letting it fit later can be more costly, since you will probably have to redo walls, ceiling and floors.

Our home renovation turned out as we dreamed ❤️. The kitchen has becoming a huge hit, we get so many compliments … I will share each detail with you as we go. Today, we are making pasta dough from scratch. Enjoying 🥰 our mixer and pasta accessories.
