From verbally expressing my desire to serve with my voice, to completely forgetting to do something about it. After a year of attending church, I finally decide to get some free coffee.

In the line, I forgot to grab something and turn back just to see the worship leader right behind me. We got our coffee and briefly conversed and without thinking I asked, “are you guys thinking of creating a choir?” And his response was, “funny you ask, the person right behind you has initiated the process and they’re recruiting.” 😭🤯 God guys, GOD IS IN CONTROL.
I felt surrounded and pulled, the lady was the sweetest and most excited to know I was interested. She explained how to go about it, we exchanged contact info, and that was all… I had gotten my free coffee and a “here you go” from the Holy Spirit.

Days passed and though my husband was also in disbelief of the “coincidence” (there are no coincidences with our Creator), we weren’t sure if it would be a good idea, considering my husband and I were working on our marriage and the last thing we thought we needed was less time together… lol 🙃🙂

Well, we decided to try it.
So I applied to be part of the choir and let me tell you, it felt more demanding and investigative than a job application. Very refreshing but also like “WOAH! That was a lot…”

A few days later, the volunteer coordinator of the whole church calls me. Surprisingly, a Jewish man with an awesome testimony 🙌🏻 (total side note) called to tell me one of the three references didn’t pick up and requested a fourth contact.

Right before all of this happened, I had abruptly reconnected with old friends, signed up for a precept with my “spiritual grandma,” and randomly texted my first worship leader who was training me to be a vocalist at a church in Houston right before we learned we had to move. It was like BOOM! 💥 I did not know it, but God was working!! He is always working, never doubt that ❤️‍🔥

Needless to say, a year after I confessed with my mouth a desire of my heart, God made it happen… but I must share, between saying it and meeting the worship leader at the connect/coffee area, continued in comments…

Before the sun rose
With eyes closed in prayer

I placed my finger
And it was directly on top of
The BIG 3 of Chapter 3
Of Ecclesiastes

Nothing is a coincidence with God

So, a time for everything?

First part of Verse 8 stood out:
TODAY WE LOVE = in Spanish cause I’m Colombian 🇨🇴😅😊

& that’s how the name came to be.
So I thought it would be so appropriate to use the 8 as the infinity symbol for the logo, since the vision is for families.
Then I thought, “well, the point is to improve family life at home.” So an arrow pointing upward ⬆️ , which ends up looking like a house so yay 🙌🏻 lol works perfectly.
Took my mom’s idea for the old logo, about using paintbrushes to create the cross signifying Jesus’s love sacrifice (but the heart in the middle really made a difference), & then I thought wait, it won’t be JUST painting… it’s about ALL ARTS but how to go about it without saturating it. & though simplicity is KEY to a good logo, I didn’t want to use just 2 sticks with one having a diamond as the brush tip and the other with a circle to symbolize a mic… though tempting, I wanted to to be quirky, simple, but still like quirky.
Colors make me think of the sky or “heaven,” which will be joyous. Just like our home life should be… like our little corner of heaven.

All in all, it’s not a bad start, though it could be the end product. Who knows? Either way, this is fun 😊 I do have some other ideas but I must work with what I got.

Not sure if it’s happened to you
But between the world’s wars
Figuring out how to eat & just live better
Married & parenthood life
Etc…
Worship & Art just make everything better

& I’ve had a business vision for a while
& as silly as it may sound
I strongly believe creating masterpieces in collaboration with family while listening to worship music: restores and improves the love bond & communication.

Now, I just want to make it clear:
Doing art alone in a room full of loved ones who want your attention is the worst! BUT if you relax, make it a group activity, & put on worship music ❤️‍🔥🫶🏻🙌🏻 At least in my experience, all aspects of my mind • heart • body, become joyful in gratitude. And in the end, not only are our hearts set on our powerful Creator, but we end up with a one of a kind art masterpiece which can joyfully displayed as home decor, and say, “WE MADE THAT TOGETHER!”

Fulfilling family goals and dreams AS A FAMILY is crucial to a normal, natural, & healthy society. & this is my grain of sand idea.

Praying for God’s wisdom + joy + peace for all!!!
The change starts in the home ❤️‍🔥 & we have our lifetime to create a divine shift. Pray about it

Name is still not set in stone (send me ideas please) but Noble Factor Art Studio is floating in my brain, what do you think?
