When I tell you this is probably the longest transaction but fastest closing I'll ever experience I mean it. For 9 weeks God had his hand on this one from beginning to end. And then, in less than 48 hours we went from Executed to CLOSED and FUNDED! I absolutely could not be more happy for my Buyer and absolutely beyond Blessed for the team I was so fortunate to work with on this one. I honestly know there is no way this was possible without the amazing Listing Agent (now friend), Escrow team, Sellers, & my Buyer's real life guardian angel who let fate, patience, calmness, and understanding get us here today! Thank you all for your hard work and knowing this was just meant to be for my precious client. It is one I will remember forever and know that no one else will ever truly appreciate (or comprehend for that matter🤣🙈) the story as much as we 7 will.

It might be a "job" to some but to me it is an honor to be asked to help my clients Buy or Sell their house. Some get complacent, and just go through the motions of a transaction, but I'll never forget my own first experience buying/selling a house and want to make sure each of my clients never forget how wonderful it can be as well.
