Celebrating my dear friend, Yvonne Ziegler, one of the seven Magnificent Honorees recognized for the Prayers of the People. 💐

It was truly inspiring to learn about these seven magnificent women, their professional accomplishments, their leadership, and the spirituality that guides their service to our community. It was also a special moment to honor R. Lee Clark and his extraordinary legacy and contributions to MD Anderson. ❤️ I am deeply grateful for MD Anderson and for the doctors, surgeons, nurses, staff, and everyone who dedicates their lives to changing lives, advancing medicine, and bringing hope to so many. Their compassion, commitment, and dedication are a testament to why our medical center continues to stand among the very best in the nation. This experience was a beautiful reminder that faith and prayer can sustain us even when hope feels unattainable. Healing begins with love, is strengthened by faith, and is carried forward by the hands and hearts of those who care. 🤍🙏🏻
