Another weekend, another chance to come out to The Sweet Spot Home Tour. Join us on October 17th & 18th for more sweets, treats and tours. Start out at the Midline Welcome Center, where you can visit the coffee cart on Saturday or get churros with ice cream on Sunday — both from 1–4pm. And make sure to visit the Brookfield Residential Houston models, where there will be a petting zoo (a.k.a. an adorable photo op).

Another weekend, another two days of the Sweet Spot Home Tour. Here’s the sweet stuff we have in store: join us from 1–4 pm at the Welcome Center for charcuterie boards on Saturday (the 10th) and a dirty soda bar on Sunday (the 11th). Then tour the quick move-ins and models — especially Perry Homes Houston, who will have a caricature artist and face painting on Saturday and Sunday, respectively.

And stay tuned for more tours & treats, all October long!

The month-long Sweet Spot Home Tour kicks off this Saturday. Come tour 6 model homes, explore some of our 20+ quick move-ins, and enjoy seasonal activities and tasty treats every weekend through October!

This weekend (October 3 & 4) there will be a crepe cart on Saturday and an ice cream cart on Sunday — both at the Welcome Center from 1pm–4pm. And Highland Homes is getting in on the fun, too. Stop by their model home Saturday & Sunday for the sticker vending machine!

In our last post, we introduced you to Collette, our Executive Director of Community Life and all things fun at Midline. So it only makes sense to follow that up with a couple recent resident gatherings, planned by our Director of Community Engagement, Bella. Our Backyard Mingle in the Welcome Center’s backyard had beverages, hors d’oeuvres, live music and lawn games. And Chill Out with Kona Ice helped everyone escape the heat with shaved ice and social time. And there are going to be more get-togethers (many, many more) where those came from.

We’re such big believers in community, we have a dedicated person in charge of helping our residents feel connected and engaged. Collette is Midline’s Executive Director of Community Life (unofficial title: queen of all things fun). She’ll be officing out of the Midline Club when it opens in summer 2027. Until then, she’s working remotely and meeting with new homeowners at the Welcome Center to begin creating a place where residents can establish meaningful connections.

It’s back to school. And we’re located in Clear Creek ISD, one of state’s top-rated districts. Midline kids will head to Greene Elementary, Brookside Intermediate and Clear Brook High School — all of which prepare future leaders and support a spirit of exploration. We’ll use this opportunity to give a big shout-out to all of the teachers (in our best classroom voices, naturally).
