I'm often asked why so many families want to live in Sienna. My honest answer: you barely have to leave the neighborhood to have a good weekend. ☀️

Two water parks mean summer is covered. Sawmill Lake Club is the spot for the gym, the pool, and running into half your neighbors. Golfers have the 18-hole course at Sienna Golf Club, and Camp Sienna's 160-acre sports park covers every practice and Saturday game.

Then there are the trails. Miles of them, past lakes and parks, plus catch-and-release ponds if you've got a little one who wants to fish. There are even horse stables.

All of that sits inside a 10,000-acre community in Missouri City, just down the road from Sugar Land.

When clients ask me where to splurge, I tell them to think about how they actually live. If you host every holiday, the butler's pantry earns its keep. If you're outside every weekend, put the budget into a summer kitchen and a patio you can use in August.

Many homes going up in Sienna and around Sugar Land and Missouri City offer these as builder options. Some, like gas lines and pre-wiring, are much harder to add after you move in.
