WOW! Bar Harbor, Maine you were such an unbelievable and amazing experience! Meeting a Podiatrist on the plane ride over and giving tips on places to go and things to do, this Texas gal could hardly wait to get started. Watching my cousin Anna marry the love of her life Chris and becoming Mrs. Kochling was both heart warming and beautiful! Cadillac Mountain provided the most phenomenal and spectacular views. Completing and surviving the 3 mile hike along the cliffs of Acadia National Park while chanting "I think I can, I think I can," was nothing short of miraculous! Of course, I could not resist visting lobster country (Maine) without giving the famous Lobster Roll from The Traveling Lobster a try. It was OMG delicious! Rounding out my last night with live local entertainment, I enjoyed a BBQ bacon cheeseburger from Finback Alehouse (you just can't take the Texas out of this gal) and it was mighty tasty. Maine, you have won my heart! I will be back!
