Property owners should have the right to list their homes on short-term rentals app! But at the same time people who have lived in a calm and quiet neighborhood for years, should also be able to keep their peace of mind.

Real Estate on the Road. Come with me as I travel to Austin for meetings. As a member of the s Land Use Committee it was a pleasure to visit with my colleagues and some of our state representatives. So many amazing things on the horizon as we discuss model home subdivisions, public policy, managing growth, Extra-Territorial Jurisdictions, Housing Affordability and items that create and promote home/land ownership for the citizens of Texas.

Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going......... After training in the gym for 15 years straight without taking more than 3 days off, I decided to take 30 days off from training . I had no idea of what this journey would bring but I did know that it was needed. I have since learned that this was needed to refocus my mind, body, and spirit. Rested and refocused, I decided to make my new challenge 21 days of all new workouts, new nutrition plan, and sleep habits. This picture was taken my last day of working out. Currently at day 8 I feel stronger and have a renewed quest for creating the best version of myself. The biggest realization of this process is that the journey starts and ends in the mind. We create what we focus on. All success and all failures are a product of our habits.
