🎊 Congratulations to the Giordano Family

Mrs. Giordano and I met after my daughter and her son became really good friends at school. They ended moving back to New York but we still stayed in touch. Until, this wonderful family made a decision to permanently move back to Texas 🐴 they wanted a home with a big yard, no HOA and good school ratings, big kitchen and so on. We started the search February 6th, I did a virtual tour of this home the morning of Feb 17th and submitted an offer right after which led us to snatching this beauty off the market the next day! I negotiated a long option period and over 30 days closing date to ensure they’d be able to fly in to physically view this home during inspections and close on a day that will be convenient for them!
