Please be advised that CenterPoint Energy has notified our community of a planned electrical service interruption that will occur as part of their infrastructure upgrade project.

Scheduled Outage Dates: June 15–18, 2026

Estimated Time: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

According to the notice provided by CenterPoint Energy, this planned outage is expected to affect Buildings 7–19 only. However, we are sharing this information with all residents out of an abundance of caution and to ensure everyone is aware of the scheduled work. This also affects the office and we will be without power.

Please note that this outage is being performed by CenterPoint Energy and is not related to any work being conducted by Parc at South Green. The interruption will be controlled by CenterPoint and is outside of the property's control.

For your convenience, we have attached the notice provided directly by CenterPoint Energy regarding this project.
