That means you have to be a good planner, and know how to manage people so things move forward at the right time. The people who you manage pay a lot attention into what you say and even more attention into the things you do on a daily basis. Don’t be afraid to do the tasks that you assign to your team, because that is the only way to gain respect and trust of your peers. ⚡️I can’t begin to put into words how honored I am to officially be sponsored by Aston Martin. I think back to 8 years ago when I started my journey into real estate and how far I’m come professionally, mentally, spiritually, emotionally, and wholistically as a person. When I look into the mirror today I can honestly say that I am proud of the person I am becoming.
