🤯 We came to judge… we left impressed.
When your next Men Who Inspire guest opens a restaurant, you don’t just interview them… you go see what all the buzz is about.
So we made our way to Mexquite in Cypress to find out if it was really worth the drive.
Right away, we could see why people have been talking. The atmosphere is warm, stylish, and inviting. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to stay awhile.
Then the food started arriving…
Every plate looked better than the last, and the flavors absolutely delivered. From the first bite to the last, everything felt thoughtfully prepared and packed with authentic flavor.
And the cocktails? Let’s just say… they deserve their own moment. 🍸
What really stood out is that Mexquite doesn’t just serve Mexican food—it brings the flavors and hospitality of Monterrey, Mexico, straight to Houston.
So, what’s the verdict?
We’re giving Mexquite a 9.5 out of 10. Why not a perfect 10? Because nobody’s perfect… but they came pretty close. 👏
