The main reason I became a Real Estate Broker is because I love working with people! In addition to selling homes, I teach elementary school and have taught for the past 29 years. Even though I adore teaching children, real estate is my passion. I enjoy helping individuals and families find a home that fits both their budget and their lifestyle. ying or selling a house. Therefore, it is my goal to make the entire process as easy and enjoyable as possible. My primary focus for the past 25 years has been selling Memorial and Galleria condominiums, but I also have had great success selling homes and townhomes on the north, west, northwest, and southwest sides of the city. I also held a Texas Loan Officer License from 2002-2006 and had a Mortgage Broker's License from 2006-2010. This enables me to be knowledgeable on both the buying and lending sides of the real estate transaction. I have been with Royce Realty my entire 25 years, where I am a broker associate. I train new agents and have taught several real estate sessions on the evenings and weekends, in addition to selling property.
