Inga was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and has been a resident of Houston since 1989. After graduating from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance, she moved to Houston to pursue a career in banking. For 10 years, Inga worked in international banking for “Fortune 100” oil and gas clientele handling transactions on both the marketing and credit sides of
the business. She applies numerous transferable skills to her real estate practice; specifically, strong negotiation, marketing, contract and documentation skills. Inga began her real estate career with Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty in 2008. She serves clients primarily in the Memorial area, Briargrove, The Heights and other traditional neighborhoods in Houston. Inga has earned her Master Certified Negotiation designation (MCNE) and firmly believes it is important for her clients to know that she continuously expands her knowledge base. “I feel very strongly about staying current on trends in the industry and keeping myself abreast of the ever changing market.”
A member of Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty’s Circle of Excellence, Inga attributes her success to being positive, outgoing and a “hands-on” Realtor. “I love working with people, and I’m a good listener. I always have my client’s best interest at heart. Buying or selling a home is one of the largest financial decisions most people will make, and I am there to walk with them through the process. I am always appreciative and humbled by the number of referrals I receive from existing clients, and repeat business is my greatest compliment.”
Inga is married and the mother of three boys. Outside of real estate, she is involved in her boy’s schools, Memorial Middle School and Memorial High School. While her boys attended Frostwood Elementary, Inga was recognized for her volunteerism to the school and received the PTA Lifetime Achievement Award. Inga is a sustaining member of The Junior League of Houston, serves as a member of the Whispering Oaks Civic Club Architectural Committee, and is an active volunteer with the Whispering Oaks Woman’s Club. She enjoys gardening, reading, estate sales, and her boys’ sports activities.
