If your home sat on the market and didn’t sell, I know how frustrating that can be.You prepared for showings, adjusted your schedule, opened your home to strangers and after all of that, you still didn’t get the result you were hoping for.

And now everyone has an opinion about why.

“It was priced too high.”
“The market is slow.”
“Just lower the price.”

When a home doesn’t sell, I believe in looking at the entire picture. Price matters, but so do positioning, presentation, marketing, buyer activity, showing feedback, and what the market was actually telling us.

Before you make another decision about one of your biggest assets, you deserve to understand what happened, why it happened, and what should happen next. I’m not interested in putting another sign in your yard and making promises.
