“Do I REALLY have to sign a representation agreement just to talk to a Realtor?” The answer is Nope! 👏

You can reach out, ask questions, discuss the market, and talk about your home-buying goals without signing a representation agreement. BUT… 🏡

Before we get too far, you may receive the Information About Brokerage Services (IABS). This explains brokerage services and agency relationships.

When you’re ready for a Realtor to represent you and show you homes, that’s when a representation agreement comes into play.
