Walked this home with my Buyers and knew it had so much potential—but also some major underlying issues.

Before closing (next week 🎉), I went to work negotiating on their behalf and successfully got the seller to fully replace the cast iron sewer lines at his expense—no small win.

These are the things you don’t always see on the surface… but they matter so much when it comes to protecting your investment.
