Hey you guys!!! No fancy post today!!! My bday weekend is over, but I’m still on cloud 9 from the outpouring of bday love!!

It’s back to business, I’m spending the next 2 days in the Texas Real Estate Broker Virtual Class….

Most people assume I’m already a Broker, but actually I’m not. Prior to COVID I was registered to take the class, then COVID happened and they cancelled all classes. I’ll be honest, after that happened I got super busy & put it on the back burner.

Because I already own & operate a brokerage most of the things I’ve learned in class today are redundant but the commission says I have to be here, so here I am!!
